Tracked delivery Australia wide, free on every order. Dispatch takes 1 to 2 business days and standard delivery a further 3 to 7. Express delivery is a $44.95 upgrade in the cart and arrives 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.
You have 14 days from delivery to report a fault, or to return an unused oven in its sealed packaging for a full refund of the price you paid. Once an oven has been assembled or used we cannot resell it, so we cannot take it back unless something is wrong with it. You cover return postage on a change of mind.
If a pack arrives damaged or not as described, we replace it or refund it at no cost to you, return postage included. Email us a photo and we will sort it.
Looking after it
Let the oven cool completely before cleaning. Empty the ash after every cook and brush loose ash off the baking stone with a dry stiff brush, never soap or water, which the stone absorbs and then steams out on the next cook. Wipe the stainless body with a damp cloth and dry it. Store the oven under cover or indoors between cooks.
