Your kitchen oven tops out far below that, which is why a home-baked base never comes out the same.
Nothing else to buy
It arrives with the pizza stone, peel, cutter, gas regulator and infrared thermometer in the box. Connect a propane bottle, put in an AA battery for the ignition, and you can cook the same evening. It is built from SUS430 stainless steel, for outdoor use only, and covered by a 12 month warranty.
