We endeavour to ensure that all products displayed on the Website are available for purchase. However, we cannot guarantee availability at all times. If a product you have ordered becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer either a full refund or an alternative product of equivalent value.

Product images on the Website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly from images shown. Product specifications, including dimensions and weight, may be subject to change without prior notice. We encourage customers to contact us before purchase if precise specifications are critical to their decision.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on the Website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the applicable rate, unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Once your order has been confirmed by us, the price you were quoted at the time of purchase will apply and will not change.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. By providing your payment details, you confirm that you are the authorised holder of the payment method provided and that sufficient funds are available.

We do not store your full card details on our systems. All payment data is handled by Stripe in accordance with PCI DSS Level 1 standards.

5. Orders and Contract Formation

When you place an order through our Website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s) at the stated price and on these Terms. Your order does not constitute acceptance by us.

A binding contract between you and My Pizza Oven is formed when we send you an order confirmation and dispatch email acknowledging that we have accepted your order and it has been dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in circumstances where:

• A product is out of stock or has been discontinued
• There is a material error in the product description or listed price
• We are unable to verify or process your payment
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity

If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is free on all orders within Australia. Orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery timeframes vary by region and are set out in full in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, natural events, adverse weather, strikes, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Returns and Refunds

8. Australian Consumer Law

Our products are sold with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), being Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). These guarantees apply regardless of anything else contained in these Terms.

Under the ACL, you are entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) if our products are not of acceptable quality, are not fit for their intended purpose, or do not match their description. For major failures you may elect to receive a refund or replacement. For minor failures, we may choose to repair or replace the product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, remedy, or liability that you may have under the ACL, the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 2001 (Cth), or any other applicable legislation that cannot be excluded by agreement.

9. Product Use and Safety

Our outdoor pizza ovens are designed and approved for outdoor use only. By purchasing and using our products, you agree to:

• Use the oven exclusively in a well-ventilated outdoor area, with a minimum of 1 metre clearance from any combustible structure, fence, or overhead cover
• Read, understand, and follow all safety instructions and warnings included with the product before first use
• Supervise the oven at all times during operation and keep children, pets, and bystanders at a safe distance
• Use only approved fuels — food-grade hardwood pellets or dry seasoned hardwood chunks. Never use treated timber, MDF, painted wood, charcoal briquettes, or accelerants
• Allow the oven to cool completely (minimum 45–60 minutes) before handling, cleaning, or transporting
• Not attempt to modify, disassemble, or convert the oven to use alternative fuels
• Comply with all applicable local council regulations, fire danger period restrictions, and strata or body corporate rules

We accept no liability for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss arising from improper use, failure to follow safety instructions, or use of the product in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose as an outdoor cooking appliance.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including text, images, photographs, graphics, logos, product descriptions, layout, and design — is the intellectual property of BuyFactory Direct Pty Ltd or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from this Website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
