      "question": "Do you deliver Australia wide?",
      "answer": "Yes. We ship to every state and territory, to residential and commercial addresses. Shipping is free on every order, with no hidden charges. Some remote and regional postcodes can take a little longer, so send us a message if you want to check before ordering.",

      "question": "How long does delivery take?",
      "answer": "Orders are dispatched in 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery then takes 3 to 5 business days to major metropolitan areas, 4 to 6 business days to secondary cities and large towns, and 7 to 14 business days to remote or outlying areas. You get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.",

      "question": "Is there a faster option?",
      "answer": "Yes. Express delivery is a $44.95 upgrade you can choose in the cart. Standard delivery stays free, so express is a paid upgrade you only take if you want the oven sooner.",

      "question": "What does the pizza oven cost delivered?",
      "answer": "$440, delivered. That is the total price you pay to your door anywhere in Australia on standard delivery, with the stone, peel, cutter, gas regulator and infrared thermometer all included.",

    {
      "question": "What gas does it run on, and is the tank included?",
      "answer": "It runs on propane. You connect it to a standard propane tank using the regulator supplied. The tank itself is not included, and neither is the AA battery for the electric ignition. Both are easy to pick up locally.",

    {
      "question": "How hot does it get, and how fast does it cook?",
      "answer": "It reaches up to 500C, which is far beyond what a kitchen oven can do. At full temperature a 12-inch pizza cooks in about 80 seconds. A standard home oven tops out around 482F, which is why kitchen-baked pizza never gets the same base.",

      "question": "Can I use it indoors?",
      "answer": "No. This is a propane appliance and it is for outdoor use only. Use it on a stable, level surface with clear space around it, and follow the instruction manual and your local gas safety rules.",

      "question": "Can I return it if I change my mind?",
      "answer": "If it is unused and still in its original sealed packaging, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will assess the return. Return shipping in that case is yours to cover. Once the oven has been used or assembled we cannot take it back unless there is a fault.",

      "answer": "Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order reference and clear photographs, and we will arrange a replacement, replacement parts, or a full refund. Please keep the packaging until you have checked everything. Beyond that the 2 year warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.",

      "question": "How do I clean the stone without ruining it?",
      "answer": "Let it cool completely, then brush the loose ash and crumbs off with a dry stiff brush. Never use soap or water on the stone: it absorbs both and steams them back out on your next cook. The steel body just needs a damp cloth and a dry off.",
